Pepper Jack Chicken Pasta

3 c. uncooked mastaccioli 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 t. minced garlic 1 T. vegetable oil 1 can southwest style pepper jack soup 1 pkg. 9 oz. ready to use southwest chicken strips 3/4 c. water 1 15 oz. can black beans drained 1/4 c. monterery jack cheese
Cook mastaccioli according to pkg. directions. In a skillet saute onion, green pepper and garlic in ol until tender. Stir in soup, water and chiicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer 8 minutes. Stir in beans heat through. Drain mastaccoli and place in a serving bowl. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
