I am looking for a recipe of a drink that is common today in Peru. A very good friend of mine visited a few years ago, the other day we were discussing chocolate. He described a drink as he explain, "extremely strong and not for the ‘faint of heart’ " It is not supposed to be sweet.
I have searched the net for information related to this and keep getting recipes for sweet hot chocolate. Any Ideas?
