pickles are too sweet

I found some pickles at a store that I really like; great flavor, crunchy blah blah blah.
Anyway, they are too sweet.
What can I do with draw out a lot of the sugar but keep the flavor.

Have no interest in making my own.

Dilute the too-sweet brine with a water-vinegar-salt brine solution: Mix up 1 c. water, 2 c. vinegar and 1/4 c canning salt. You may need to heat it slightly to dissolve the salt. Let it cool. Add 1 cup of your too-sweet pickling juice and taste. Keep the same proportions of water, vinegar & salt if you need more diluted brine. Don’t throw anything away until you are satisfied with the taste of your pickles.

cookinmaven is correct, vinegar will neutralize the sweetness.
