We are going to a picnic tonight with friends to see the Shakespeare in the Park presentation of Hamlet. Should be lots of fun; picnic dinner with friends (everyone sharing what they brought for dinner) and then Hamlet live on stage. We are bringing: Fresh Herb Pasta Salad, Oven BBQ Chicken (using only chicken tenders this time so I didn’t have to cut chicken into small pieces to share), and Cumin/Lime Shrimp. I made everything yesterday afternoon so that it is all well chilled for tonight. All travel well and will be great for outdoors in the heat. I have posted all three recipes previously.
