Pierogi Casserole

12 lg potatoes, peeled
1 lb cubed longhorn cheese
4 lg onions
2 1/2 sticks magarine
1 lb Kluski noodles
1 lg can sauerkraut, drained
Salt/pepper to taste

Peel, boil and mash potatoes add salt/pepper. Then add cheese, saute onions in margarine. In a 9 X 13 pan, layer, onion, noodles, mashed potates, sauerkraut and onion. Bake at 350 for thirty minutes. Noodles should be cooked for about ten minutes & drained prior to using.
