Pineapple Angel Cake

Stir together:
1 Angel Food Cake Mix (Dry only)
1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple With juice

Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degree oven
Do not grease pan

Bake approx. 35 minute - top will be golden brown

Turn pan upside down on cooling rack or center of cake will fall.
Use Coolwhip for topping if desired
This is absolutely wonderfull for Spring and summer - Light and fluffy

Hamberger Soup

1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion (Brown together and drain well)

1 Ouart Tomatoes (28 oz)
2 Cups Water
2 Cans Consomme Soup - Plus 2 Cans Water
1 Can Tomato Soup - Plus 1 Can Water
4 Carrots Grated or Chopped Fine
3 Stalks Celery Chopped Fine
Parsley Flakes Just enough to have floaties
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
6 Tablespoons Barley
6 Tablespoons Rice
Pepper to Taste

            If you wish you may add Green Beans, Corn, Peas, or any 
            vegetable you like...canned, fresh or frozen.

            Simmer at least 2 hours or all day on low in a Crock Pot.


We make this all the time at work, its 2pts in WW and we also change it up a bit, pineapple to spice cake mix, its super moist!
