Pineapple Cream Cake

25—30 Minutes

1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 can mandarins drained
1 lg can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
½ c mayo
1 container cool whip
2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding

In bowl combine cake mix, eggs, mandarins, reserved pineapple juice and mayo, with mixer on medium speed beat for 5 mins or til blended, pour into 9 x 13” pan. Bake til golden and tester is clean, cool thoroughly in pan. In bowl combine cool whip, dry pudding mixes and crushed pineapple, mix well and spread over cooled cake.
