INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Pisco
1 egg white
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour egg white, Pisco, fresh lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass.
Garnish with the dashes of bitters.
