1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbls spoon oragano
mozarella cheese cut in small cubes
cheddar cheese cut in small cubes
one box cooked pasta I prefer the small shells
1/2 tsp. white sugar
add the olive and vinegar, sugar, and oragano pour over cooked cooled pasta
to this you can add basically anything you would put on a pizza and toss
I prefer black olives, sweet onions finely chopped, green peppers, pepperoni, fresh basil,
toss all ingrediants including cheese
the longer you let this marinate the better the tasteā¦ so make ahead of time great for cookouts.
