2 15 oz or one large can chopped tomatoes (not stewed)
1 pound ground beef
1 small chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
4 beef cubes or 1 cup beef broth
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 bay leafs
1tsp basil or other herbs
place all ingrediants in pan on top of stove med heat
you do not have to brown the beef first
stir when starts to bubble lower heat to simmer
cook until beef is cooked thoroughly
always best the day after!!
