6 potatoes, cubed and boiled until tender 2 lbs. chunk bologna 16 oz. can peas and carrots 1 can biscuits 1 T. butter
In butter cook bologna until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole. Top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are browned, about 15 minutes.
