1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup pork – cooked and chopped
2/3 cup apple – peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 cup ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
egg roll wrappers

In wok, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add green pepper and onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add pork; stir fry 1 1/2 minutes longer. Remove from heat; stir in apple, mustard, ginger and salt.

Wrap and fry.
