Pork Chops in White Wine

Pork Chops in White Wine

4 large pork chops
2 large onions
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 to 1 cup white wine
1 tsp soy sauce

Brown pork chop in oven-proof frying pan.

Remove chops and brown onions in butter. Sprinkle onions with flour, salt
and pepper and mix well. Add wine mixed with soy sauce. Stir and cook until
thickened.

Add pork chops. Cover pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serve with rice.
