Pork Stir-Fry

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 pkg. (7 oz.)Instant White Rice, uncooked

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook and stir
4 minutes or until evenly browned Add water, barbecue sauce, soy sauce
and vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in
rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
