Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
Vegetable cooking spray
Pineapple Salsa*
8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed

Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Coarsely chop pork.

Serve with Pineapple Salsa and warm tortillas.

Yield: Makes 8 servings

Pineapple Salsa

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 small red onion, chopped

Whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice and next 4 ingredients. Stir in pineapple, cilantro, and onion.

Yield: Makes 2 cups
