Ingredients for 4 guests
8 steaks of sirloin
3 teaspoons of butter
90 ml. of Oporto Wine
1 teaspoon of mustard
50 ml. of milk creme
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATION
Place the butter on a pan at medium heat. Place the slices of sirloin steak during 4 minutes per each side. Remove the meat from pan and add salt and pepper. Pour into the pan the mustard and dissolve with Oporto wine for a couple minutes and add milk creme. Pour the sauce on top of the steaks.
Serve with french fries and any vegetable salad.
