1 lb. hamburger
1 medium to small onion, diced
1 large can hominy
2 small cans tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped or diced green chiles
1 medium can Ranch-style beans
1 can whole kernel corn
Brown hamburger and onion together in a skillet.
Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven. Simmer slowly over low heat
for one hour. Serve over tortilla chips.
Yields 6 servings.
