Potato Crisps

4 med. size baking potatoes
l tablespoon veg. oil
l pkg. ranch salad dressing mix

Preheat oven to 400. Wash potatoes and leave skin on. Slice
potatoes into l/4 inch thick slices. Place a sliced potatoes in a
bowl. Add veg. oil; stir to coat. Add dressing mix; stir to coat.
Line potatoe slices on a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 40 to 45
minutes or until potatoes are brown.
