INGREDIENTS:
4 boiled potatoes cubed
2 eggs
1 green (or red) capsicum cubed
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp salad cream
pinch white pepper
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Boil eggs and cut into fours.
Mix potatoes, capsicum with the mayonnaise and salad cream
Add salt and pepper
Toss in the eggs.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley or coriander leaf
serves 4
i wanted 2 ask u people something how do you store ur recipes? do u have a special software or something else… i store mine on word on my PC but it gets difficult to retrieve or sort the recipes later on, plz let me know how u people proceed thank u…
