Does anyone know of a potholder that will not cause burn accidents? Most mitts are too thick. Most others do not provide a good “grab” when removing pans from the oven. Most do not provide insulation beyond a few seconds. Any suggestions?

I have professional ones for catering that cost $60.00 but worth it when it comes to steamers. Immune to burns, think I have graphite hands, but steam??? OUCH! I bought my daughtes a set of these and they love them.
