Power’s Lake Special
(Tuna casserole from my father’s mother)

1 can mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
4 green onions - tops and all
1 cup chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can tuna
1 can chow mien noodles
1 can bean sprouts
soy sauce (to taste, about 2 tsp)
1 box frozen peas
cashews

Mix all, except cashews, together in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cashews on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
