3 1/2 C. yams, cooked and drained
3 T. pecans, chopped
2 T. coconut, flaked
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. margarine
Preheat oven to 350ÂºF. Spray an 8-inch square dish with butter-
flavored cooking spray.
Chop yams. Spread in baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine pecans, coconut, sugar and flour. Stir in
margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over
top of yams.
Bake for 30 minutes.
