Thank- you for the wonderful post Ohiojude it was as devine as you said it was only adjustment i made was i added 1/3 cup of Coconut .The family said it was a Keeper , and i have to agree . :lol:

Are you sure it was made by Ohiojude as I have just searched through his/her recipes and couldn’t find it
I did find one by Kitchen Witch but it was too Americanized - I wouldn’t be able to get those ingredients.

Place sun dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with warm water for 5 minutes, or until tender.
In a food processor or blender combine sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nuts and onion; process until well blended. Add vinegar, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and red wine, and process. Stir in olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt to taste.

what does this have to do with the posted recipe?
