Quiche for Pi day

Par bake pie crust (I used marie callender’s frozen because it’s a work day)

Put your fillings in

Bake for about 30-45 minutes @ 350º

Kids filling:

Beat together:
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 clove pressed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
dash cayenne pepper
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on bottom
Pour in egg mixture
sprinkle more cheese on top (Probably 1/2 C total shredded cheese

Grown up:
Beat together:
4 eggs
1 C Milk
2 cloves pressed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
healthy dash cayenne
fresh ground nutmeg (probably about 1 tsp)

Layer in bottom of crust:
2 pieces of crumbled crispy center cut bacon
a little shredded parmegian and asiago or romano cheese
about 1 C chopped fresh broccoli
1 green onion chopped fine

Pour egg mixture on top.
Dot top with goat cheese.

Sorry I don’t use exact measurements aside from the eggs and milk
