Quick and Easy Pistachio Bread

1 Butter Cake Mix
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water

Mix as you would cake mix. Grease well 2 loaf pans 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/4. Pour 1/2 of mixture into bottom of the two pans. Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar cinnamon mixture over. Pour remainder of batter on top then top with the rest of sugar cinnamon. Cut through with a knife gently to swirl. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
