Quick And Zesty Vegetable Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Del Monte Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can (17 oz.) Del Monte mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. Oregano

In a large pot, brown meat with onion. Cook until onion is tender; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.8 servings (1 cup each)
