Quick, Easy -N- Fast Ham Rolls Continental
6 slices fully cooked Virginia or honey-baked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen broccoli spears, cooked
1 C. sliced onion, separated into rings
2 T. butter
2 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dried basil
1 C. milk
Top ham slices with cheese. Place cooked, drained broccoli spears on each slice and roll up. Secure each roll with a toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish, lightly coated with cooking spray.
Cook onion rings in butter until tender; blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; stir until thickened. Pour over ham. Cover and bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes.
