Rafferty’s has the best ranch dressing I have ever had. I know it has onions in it but thats all I know.
I worked at Rafferty’s in the kitchen about 7 years ago. I don’t remember the recipes perfectly, but I can at least help with some of the ingredients for you.
Mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream are definitely in there. The ratio was different than in Kitchen Witches recipe. If memory serves we mixed 5 gallons of mayo with one gallon buttermilk, and 2 quarts sour cream. It may have been 4 quarts sour cream. I’ve been trying to adapt this recipe based on my memory for a while now. The hardest part is sizing down based on my memory.
There was also diced white onions, diced eggs, minced garlic, parsley, and I’m pretty sure it was white pepper. There was also salt, but I can’t recall if it was regular salt or celery salt.
Hope this helps.
