Rainbow Rocky Road Drops
2 cups crisp cereal flakes (rice, corn, or wheat)
1cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup peanuts
1 cup M & Mâ€™s
1-1/2 cups vanilla milk chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. In large bowl, combine cereal, marshmallows, peanuts, and candies and set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine vanilla chips and peanut butter. Microwave on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or until chips and peanut butter are melted, stirring twice during heating. Stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Spoon into mounds on waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
