Ranch Tuna-Mac Salad

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Salad:
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 can (6-oz) chunk light tuna, drained
2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup diced yellow or red bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese
and ground black pepper until blended.

Add the cooked, drained macaroni, drained tuna, celery,
bell pepper, carrot, green onion, radishes and parsley to
a salad bowl. Add dressing and mix to combine.

Serves 4.
