Rancher’s Pork Chops
4 lean pork chops
1 onion, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced into rings
8 tablespoons catsup
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Brown chops to remove excess fat. Place onion slices in bottom of crock pot. Place pork chops on top of onion. Top with green pepper, catsup and brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
