Rancher’s Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 medium onion
1 red pepper
CaRjun spice
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
Sprinkle the cajun spice over the pork chops (as much or as little as you like). Slice the onion and red pepper. In a crock pot/slow cooker, layer in the following order: onion, pork chops, red pepper. Blend the ketchup and brown sugar and pour over the meat and veggies. Cook on low for 7-9 hours and serve over rice.
