Raspberry-Mint Marinade

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine or sherry vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup fresh raspberries or 1/4 cup quick-frozen raspberries, not thawed

Use this recipe as a marinade OR a salad dressing!
Place all ingredients in Tupperware Quick Shake® Container; seal and shake well to mix. To use as a marinade, pour over poultry or meat in Season-Serve® Container. Refrigerate and marinate at least 1 hour. This marinade also doubles as a dressing for green salads or fruit salad. If using as a salad dressing, try adding some whole raspberries to the salad.
