Raw Vegetable Salad

Cut into bite-size pieces:
1 head Broccoli
1 head Cauliflower
1 large Green Pepper
3 large Carrots
3 stalks Celery

In a blender, liquefy the following:
1 Medium Onion
3/4 c Oil
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 c Sugar
2 T Poppy Seeds
1 t Salt
1/2 c White Vinegar

Pour over mixed vegetables, let sit over night. Great for family gatherings. :smiley:
