re-doing recipes for low salt

Hi-I would like to know if anyone has any recipes for usual things like sauces for redoing them so they have lower salt. For example, soy sauce, hoisen sauce, ketchup, sweet and sour sauce, and other things like that. My husband has congestive heart failure and was told to have only low sodium. I have found a site www.lowsodiumcooking.com, but when I tried to make one of the sauce recipes, it was unclear. It said the recipe made 32 servings, but didn’t tell you how much was a serving-like a tablespoon or whatever! I would appreciate any help I can get!
