I grew up in an area where Lee’s was the popular chicken, they ran KFC out of town. I loved their biscuits and honey, and their cole slaw as well.

I hope someone can contribute some recipes!

Since Lee was the nephew to KFC I doubt that there will many recipes or any if that.

Lee used to travel with his uncle all over n changed the KFC just to his liking n using the the same techinques as his great famous uncle…Pressure cooked n etc.
