Recipes to make with Kids

post your other recipes you like to make with your kids. here are some of mine:

Peanut Butter Dip
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 container (8 ounces) canilla yogurt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
apples or pears for dipping

Place peanut butter, yogurt and cinnamon in small bowl. let child help mix, using a whisk mix whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Cut apples and dip away. Store in closed container in refrigerator.

Crinkle-cut potatoe fingers
4 medium baking potatoes
1 TBS Mayonnaise
1 package (0.4 ouncees) dry buttermilk recipe ranch salad dressing mix

preheat oven to 400 degrees
cut each potatoe in half lengthwise using garnisher or crinkle cutter. Place potatoe halves, cut side down. Cut Lengthwise into quarters. Place potatoes in bowl and add mayonnaise. cover with lid and shake till potatoes are coated. Uncover and sprinkle with dry salad dressing. Cover and shake again. Place potatoes on a baking stone if you have one, skin side down and bake 35-40 minutes.

Crispy Chicken
4 1/2 cups chili cheese or barbecue flavor corn chips
1 egg
1 TBS milk
1 broiler fryer chicken, cut up
2 TBS butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 375. Place chips in large plastic bag.
using a roller or hands, crush chips to make 2 cups coarse crumbs. Pour onto large plate and set aside.
Mix egg and milk in bowl. Rinse chicken pieces and trim off any extra fat. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll in crumbs to coat evenly. Place chicken into baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Place butter un bowl and microwave on high 30 seconds then pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour.
