Red Lobster Grilled Baby Rack of Shrimp

Here are some additional tips to ensure your shrimp come out perfectly:
a. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in cold water for at least 15 minutes before grilling. This will prevent them from burning on the grill.
b. Brushing the shrimp with BBQ sauce will add flavor and help keep them moist. You can use your favorite brand of BBQ sauce or make your own.
c. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough and rubbery. They should be pink all around and opaque through the middle when done.
d. You can serve the shrimp with your favorite side dishes, such as green beans, roasted potatoes with fine herbs as suggested, a shrimp salad sandwich, or any other side dish you prefer. And don’t forget to pair it with a glass of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir to complement the flavors.
