Red Lobster-Style Coleslaw

3 Tbsp granulated white granulated sugar
1/4 tsp Morton’s seasoned salt
1/16 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp half-and-half
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp buttermilk
2 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 3/4 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
4 cups bagged coleslaw mix

Combine sugar, seasoned salt, pepper, half-and-half, mayonnaise, buttermilk,
vinegar, lemon juice and mustard in a large bowl, stirring until smooth.

Add slaw mix and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Sorry, it was an attempt at humor. Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits along with KFC Coleslaw are probably the most posted copycat recipes on the internet. Although that Red Lobster biscuit recipe I posted and you linked to is a good one because it uses from scratch ingredients instead of using Bisquick like most copycat recipes.

I guess I’ll stick to cooking.
