1 bag mini peanut butter cups
1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
mini paper baking cups
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place dough in freezer for a few minutes for easier slicing. Line cookie sheet with desired number of baking cups. Slice a cookie approximately 1/4 inch thick. Cut the cookie into four parts. Place one part in each baking cup. Repeat until cups are filled, some dough will be left over. Bake at 350ºF for 5 minutes. While cookies are baking, unwrap peanut butter cups. Take them out of oven and while still hot push one peanut butter cup into the center of raised cookie. Let cool.
