While fried plantains are a popular dish in many cultures, this is a unique, non-traditional Haitian take on them. Instead of simply frying plantain slices, we’ll shred and reshape them before frying to create a new, delicious texture. We’re reinventing a classic by shredding the plantains and forming them into new shapes before frying. The result is a uniquely Haitian reinvention of a beloved dish. This is a non-traditional Haitian reimagining of fried plantains.
