Does anyone have a recipe for this?
Try this one. It’s way better than Texas Roadhouse. I eat it there too, and it could use some oomph.
Blue Cheese Dressing
1 - pkg (4oz) crumbled blue cheese
1 - pkg (3oz) cream cheese - or whipped
1/2 - cup mayonnaise
1/3 - cup light cream
Combine ingredients - reserve 1/3 of the blue cheese.
Beat with hand mixer till well blended.
Stir in remaining blue cheese crumbles.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Lick the beaters.
You can use blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese. If you can’t find the cheese already
crumbled, you can use the square of blue cheese. It’s usually right next to the crumbles.
Then just crumble it.
Unwrap the cream cheese and let it sit out to get room temp…it’s easier to mix.
Milk will work just as good as light cream if you can’t find it.
