Rhubarb Cream Cheese Bars
Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
Mix together and press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
2 cups rhubarb-cut fine
8 ounces cream cheese
Topping:
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
Mix topping ingredients together and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
