Roasted Garlic & Brie

This recipe is delicious and elegant but so easy to make!

1 whole brie wheel
4 large fresh garlic
olive oil
french bread, or baguette

  1. Peel off all but one layer of skin on the garlic; slice off the top so just a little bit of each clove is exposed

  2. Place garlic heads in shallow pie dish & drizzle each garlic with olive oil; dash of salt

  3. Do not cover. Cook in oven at 350 for approximately 60 - 70 minutes

  4. Meanwhile slice brie into 4 even triangles and place in another oven ready dish; take a fresh loaf of Farm Boy Italian bread or baguettes and slice thinly

|5. With 10 minutes to go on the garlic, place brie into oven for last 10 minutes to melt slightly

  1. When done, place one garlic head, one wedge of brie, and 4-5 small slices of bread on each plate! Comments = Dip your butter knife into the exposed garlic cloves and spread on bread. Follow with brie…delicious!
