Roasted Pork Chops and Potatoes

2 T. olive oil 4 boneless pork chops 2 T. flour creole seasoning 4 potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch wedges 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c. chicken broth pepper
Heat oil in skillet. Sprinkle chops with seasoning, then flour. Fry until golden brown on each side.Sprinkle potatoes with seasonings, put potatoes in bottom of greased casserole. Put chops on top. Combine broth, garlic and pepper to taste, pour over top. Bake covered at 350 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

Served with rolls and broccoli casserole.
