Does anyone make these? Just want to pass on.

2 or 3 lbs. rump roast, cut in 1/8 inches slices
1 lg. onion
Dijon Mustard
1 lb. bacon

Sprinkle with garlic powder; spread dijon mustard over, chop onion & bacon. Roll up.
Fasten with toothpicks and brown. In a roasting pan, pour water in to fry pan, (about 3 to 4 cyps). Cook about 2-1/2 hours. Take out Rolladen and make gravy.

I used to make this I forgot about it. I used thin sliced steak and just onions and mustard and rolled them. I browned the onions in the mustard and butter then placed on meat and rolled with tooth pick…

Use Dijon Mustard instead of regular mustard, they taste better. :slight_smile:
