Ronzoni Classic Macaroni Salad
A classic salad for picnics at home or in the park, with just the right blend of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:
3 cups (12 oz.) RONZONI Elbows, uncooked
1-1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3/4 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash paprika
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. In large bowl, combine cooled pasta with remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover; refrigerate. 8 servings (1-1/3 cups each).
