Ronzoni Dijon Cheddar Chicken Divan

This one-dish meal is “a snap” for a weeknight; the whole family will love it!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Start to Finish: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:

2-1/4 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup white wine or water
1 cup (6 oz.) RONZONI Orzo, uncooked
2-1/2 cups (one-half 16-oz. bag) frozen or fresh tiny broccoli florets
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. (about 2 cups) chopped cooked chicken
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions:
In large skillet, stir together water, bouillon and wine; heat to boiling. Add uncooked pasta; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Stir in broccoli; cover and cook 5 minutes, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, or until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed. Stir in cheese, chicken pieces and Dijon mustard; reduce heat to low. Cook until heated through. 5 servings (1 cup each).
