Ronzoni Framingham Fire Feast

Framingham Fire Department Engine # 2
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. rope-style Italian turkey sausage, skin removed and sliced
1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise and sliced
1 medium summer squash, cut lengthwise and sliced
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2-2/3 cups (8 oz.) RONZONI Gemelli, uncooked
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350øF. In extra-large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage; add vegetables and garlic powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp tender. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, stir together ricotta cheese and spaghetti sauce until well blended. Stir in mozzarella cheese, hot pasta and vegetable mixture. Cover; bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 9 servings (1 cup each).
