Rosemary Steak

These recipes are very good and I’ve prepared them as we like them. I pladed around with recipes until I get them just right.

4 boneless New York strip steaks (about 6-ounces each)

2 Tablespoons minced fresh rosemary or 1 Tablespoon dried crushed

4 gloves garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon olive oil or extra-virgin

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Score steaks in a diamond pattern on both sides. Combine the 6 other ingredients in a small bowl. rub mixture onto the surface of meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 to 30 minutes. Grill steaks over medium hot coals or gas grill about 4 minutes per side until medium rare.
